Saber Light Shaker $100
Type: tree | Size: small
PROBLEM
There is not enough tactile feedback in gaming.
SOLUTION
The Saber Light Shaker is a universal strap-on AR/VR module that converts any object into a virtual reality gaming weapon with full haptic feedback, motion tracking, and RGB illumination. Mount it to a regulation sword, a Shark Sword, a Sub Sammich, a Branch Lance, or the Spakor — or pick up a stick off the ground and go kick some rich kid's ass with that, because the hardware does not discriminate and the firmware cannot detect wood grain. Designed for use in Mount Orion game parks with the full iRok AR system or at home connected to console and PC gaming platforms via the wireless module. The Universal Strap mounts to any surface larger than a playing card including wrists, ankles, and knees, transforming limbs into additional weapon slots for players who feel that one weapon at a time represents a failure of ambition. The iRok Marketplace contains officially licensed replica configurations and an unspecified number of community submissions. The RGB array is always on. There is no setting to turn off the RGB array. The product team was asked about this and did not respond.
components
A ratcheting silicone mounting strap with a hardened polymer core plate that attaches the Saber Light Shaker module to any object with a surface area larger than a playing card. Tested on: swords, sticks, pool noodles, baguettes, a regulation-length Sub Sammich, wrists, ankles, knees, the tail of a medium-sized dog who consented to the trial, a rake, and a lamp. Works on all of them. The strap does not know what it is strapped to. The strap does not ask.
InspectA tri-axis haptic feedback module embedded in the Saber Light Shaker core plate that translates in-game collision events into precise physical sensation. Strike registers as a sharp 40ms impulse. Block registers as a sustained 200ms resistance pulse. Getting hit by something much larger than you registers as a 600ms full-module sustained vibration that the product team calls The Consequence. The Impact Core has seven intensity tiers. Tier one is imperceptible. Tier seven has been described by testers as 'opinions forming.' All tiers are user-selectable. The default is tier four. Nobody leaves it on tier four.
InspectAddressable LED lighting array distributed across all visible chassis surfaces, shelf edges, and coolant reservoir walls, providing full-spectrum per-zone chromatic output synchronized to system thermal state, audio input, or a preset the operator spent forty-five minutes configuring at 2am. Serves no computational function. Non-negotiable.
InspectMulti-axis inertial measurement unit capturing full three-dimensional acceleration, rotational velocity, and orientation data at high sample rates, providing the kinematic foundation for dance move classification, performance scoring, and Stereo Spring session archive generation. Does not judge.
InspectSoftware development kit exposing spatial anchoring, mesh detection, and real-time node overlay APIs that bind MTREES taxonomy constructs to physical coordinate spaces detected by Compass-enabled hardware.
InspectThe Vibration Unit is a coin-form eccentric rotating mass motor embedded in the lower body of the Rubberized Sleeve that activates simultaneously with the Hey Pencil speaker event to produce a sustained vibration pattern detectable through any surface the Under Writer is resting on, including a tool belt, a lumber stack, a concrete slab, or the inside of a work boot. The vibration pattern is a three-pulse sequence repeated at one-second intervals, chosen because three pulses reads as intentional to a human hand or surface in contact with the unit and not as ambient tool vibration from the job site. The motor draws 80 milliwatts at full output and runs for the full three-second locator event duration. The Vibration Unit is the reason the Under Writer can be found on the loudest job sites where the speaker alone is insufficient, and is also the reason that leaving the Under Writer in a shirt pocket during a Hey Pencil activation is an experience the documentation describes as noticeable.
InspectDual-protocol wireless data transmission module supporting both 802.11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth low-energy broadcast, enabling real-time kinematic data streaming from the Booty Cookie to the Stereo Spring recording system and any paired peripheral device within operational range.

The digital storefront for officially licensed Saber Light Shaker weapon skins, iRok AR system experiences, and Mount Orion game park session passes. Contains an amalgam of officially licensed replica configurations including the Starter Sword, Shark Sword, Sub Sammich, Branch Lance, and Spakor, alongside third-party developer submissions that have been through the review process and two that have not but are still there. Purchases are applied instantly to the device firmware. Licensing fees are negotiated directly with the intellectual property holders and this is not your problem. If you are poor, the Marketplace has a free tier. The free tier is a stick. The stick is fully compatible with the Saber Light Shaker hardware. The Marketplace does not know you used a stick and cannot find out.
