SOLUTION

Planet Killa Villas is the MTREES angular housing division — off-grid, boxy, and built from wood and degradable materials for people who looked at a tube and said no. The Killa Villa system is modular and containerized, designed for both new construction on raw land and aftermarket refactoring of existing dwellings that have structural good bones but poor spatial logic. Where the Burrito Segment stacks vertically and the colonial systems replicate horizontally, the Killa Villa unit reads the terrain and adapts to it — a wedge here, a cantilever there, a wall that is technically a door if you decide it should be. Visually distinct from every other housing system in the MTREES universe and proud of it. Built to degrade gracefully when no longer needed, which the Burrito Segment cannot say with a straight face.
