SOLUTION
The Life Saver is a 4-human modular habitat in a circular self-contained pod. For transport, split it in half — or flip it on its side and roll it into place like the world's most livable tire. On site, it mounts to the Easter Star battery base station, which handles power storage and ground anchoring. Units stack vertically around an MTREE Vein — a central shaft that delivers power, water and heat to every pod in the column. Stack up to 1,000 units tall for a total of 4,000 humans per vein. The Life Saver Stack is a city in a tube. Roll in, plug in, stack up.
