PROBLEM
Good feedback is hard to get.
SOLUTION
A point-of-purchase feedback kiosk with a customizable touch interface, real-time sentiment analysis, and optional AI-powered touchless gesture recognition. Scales from a single boutique to a global fleet. The data goes to the cloud. The insights go to the dashboard. The customer goes home.
components
A touchscreen display device running the Feedback Stick interface. Fully configurable survey questions, brand colors, and UI layout. Accepts finger input, stylus input, and the inevitable impatient palm slam.
InspectA floor or counter mounted pole and cradle assembly that positions the tablet at the optimal human interaction height. Adjustable. Cable-managed. Difficult to accidentally knock over. Less difficult to intentionally knock over.
InspectAn optical sensor module that captures image and video data. Used for object detection, navigation, documentation, and observation.
InspectWireless internet access node. Broadcasts signal. Does not care about your download speed expectations.
InspectThe VR Camera is a dual-lens stereoscopic wide-angle camera assembly mounted on the Turn Pike unit providing the live binocular video feed transmitted to the operator's VR Glasses. The camera captures at 4K per eye at 90 frames per second, sufficient for a full-presence VR experience without motion artifacts during head-tracked view changes. A secondary wide-angle overview camera covers the vehicle approach lane and feeds a picture-in-picture monitor in the operator's peripheral view for situational awareness of what is coming before it arrives at the window. The camera housing is weatherproof, heated to prevent lens fogging in cold conditions, and treated with a hydrophobic coating on the lens surfaces to maintain visibility in rain. Night vision capability is provided by a near-infrared illuminator array integrated into the camera housing that activates automatically below a light threshold, ensuring the operator can see the driver clearly at 3am on a poorly lit stretch of turnpike without asking them to turn on their dome light.
Inspectintangibles
An AI vision processing layer that analyzes live camera feed to interpret contactless human gestures as structured feedback inputs. Recognizes thumbs up, thumbs down, and numeric finger configurations for star ratings without requiring physical contact with any surface. Compliant with social distancing guidelines. Processes gesture data in real time via a convolutional neural network inference pipeline, discards raw video immediately after interpretation, and outputs only anonymized intent signals to the aggregation layer. Sees the gesture. Forgets the face.
InspectA natural language and signal processing layer that converts raw feedback responses into emotional valence scores, trend indicators, and actionable insight tags. Runs continuously against incoming data from all connected locations. Knows when something is unhappy before it does. Tactfully does not say so out loud.
InspectA real-time analytics interface that aggregates feedback data across all locations into KPI visualizations, sentiment trend graphs, response volume counters, and configurable alert thresholds. Accessible from any browser. Updates live. Makes the data look like you always knew what you were doing. Has a print function for your boss that doesn't know how to use an iPhone.
