Planet Packaging is the MTREES enclosure and transit layer — the full ecosystem of systems that take a finished product, wrap it in something structurally appropriate, label it correctly, and release it into a logistics network with a reasonable expectation of survival. Packaging is the last designed surface a customer touches before the product and the first thing they have to get through to reach it, which means it is simultaneously the least celebrated and most load-bearing element of the entire customer experience. Planet Packaging treats the box, the burrito, the sleeve, and the seal as design problems worthy of the same attention as the thing inside them. Everything here is modular, stackable, and designed to be opened by a human being without tools, profanity, or a YouTube tutorial about the packaging. One modular burrito at a time.
