PROBLEM

Quarters are not dual purpose.

SOLUTION

Same core design as the Disc Decapitator. Accepts disc rolls of quarters, feeds via spring-loaded trigger, drops clean into the till or the customer's hand. Built for the front line. Retail never looked so armed and ready.

components

A short haired lever.

Inspect

A High Performance tensioned coil mechanism that stores and releases mechanical energy to advance, eject, or reset a component. The muscle behind the trigger.

EXTENDS

A modular washer dispensing unit that mounts to the Glove Thing. It accepts standard disc rolls, feeds them through a spring-loaded trigger mechanism, and places them cleanly into plastic bags one at a time without fumbling, at 30 yards away. Pez eat your heart out. Clumsy glove fingers, meet your match.

The warehouse is not a romantic environment but it is a consequential one: every product in the MTREES universe passes through it at some point, and the difference between a warehouse that works and one that doesn't is the difference between a customer who received the thing and a customer who received an email about the thing. Planet Warehouse treats the fulfillment floor as a design problem \u2014 one that can be improved with better robots, better humans, and a Dumb Brain that has learned enough to be trusted with something approaching a decision."

The mall is not dead. The mall is evolving into something stranger and more defensible. Planet Mall addresses both sides of the retail transaction: the products that facilitate commerce and the products that protect the people facilitating it. Trees here cover the complete spectrum from point-of-sale defensive hardware to retail feedback apparatus to the writing instrument that allows someone to formally register a number on a piece of paper in exchange for a small amount of money. Everything on this planet is designed for high-traffic, low-patience environments where someone is always about to have an opinion about the price."
