There is nowhere to recycle in a parking lot so nothing gets recycled.

SOLUTION

The Truck Pot Recycle Can is a 32-gallon powder-coated steel receptacle in blue mounted to the base collar of the Truck Pot pole body opposite the Trash Can, accepting bottles, cans, and cardboard through a hinged door with a graphic on it indicating what goes in there. Whether the contents are actually recycled downstream depends entirely on the lot operator and their municipal contract, and the Truck Pot documentation acknowledges this with the phrase: at least it is sorted. The Recycle Can is the same component as the Trash Can in a different color. This is noted here because it was noted in engineering review and the engineer who noted it was correct.
