PROBLEM

The dispenser does not know what happens next.

SOLUTION

The Folder-Wadder Router is a passive substrate interaction classification module integrated into the terminal dispenser assembly of sheet-based cellulosic media delivery systems. Upon sheet extraction, an embedded micro-tension array captures pull vector, angular deviation, and extraction velocity across a 0.3-second acquisition window, generating a behavioral fingerprint that is classified in real time against the two primary user archetypes: Folder (deliberate, planar, multi-axis reduction) and Wadder (compressive, isotropic, rapid). Classification accuracy is rated at 94.7% under standard humidity and tension conditions. Results are transmitted via low-power Bluetooth to the Optimization of Usage analytics layer for downstream segmentation and brand team reporting. The Router does not dispense more or less tissue based on classification outcome. That feature was in the roadmap. It was removed after the focus group. The dispenser itself is matte white and mounts to standard drywall with two screws, one of which is included.

The archetypes are defined at the implementation layer. The Router does not care what they are. It cares that there are two of them and that the user performed one. Detection is executed via an embedded sensor array calibrated to the physical or digital signature of the target interaction \u2014 tension, velocity, angular deviation, duration, pressure, sequence, or any measurable derivative thereof \u2014 generating a behavioral fingerprint that is matched against the two registered archetype profiles in real time. Match confidence is reported as a percentage. Unclassifiable inputs are routed to the tertiary output, which exists in the architecture and is not discussed in the marketing materials. Classified outputs are transmitted to the downstream analytics layer for segmentation, behavioral clustering, and brand team confirmation of what the brand team already believed. The Router does not make recommendations. It makes classifications. The distinction is noted in the documentation and ignored in practice."
